This one is bound in sharkskin using a stitch that goes right through the spine.  It’s a little like a sewing machine stitch in that one thread loops around the other.  The pages are a speckled tan paper.

MARSHMALLOW SERIES
These books are big fat fluffy things that are very light.  The trick is the pages.  They have been crumpled, then flattened out again.  This gives texture and body to the finished book.  The pages still act like any other pages.  You can draw, paint or write on them as usual.
